These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FastPages (“Service”), a website speed optimization and SEO enhancement platform for Bubble.io applications, operated by:

By accessing or using FastPages, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

3. Description of Service

FastPages provides a comprehensive optimization and SEO enhancement platform for Bubble.io websites, including but not limited to:

• Automated website speed optimization for search engine bots and real users.
• Automatic detection of Bubble.io deploys and instant page updates.
• Continuous synchronization of dynamic database content across all pages.
• Automatic correction of common SEO and accessibility issues (robots.txt, meta tags, render-blocking resources).
• Hourly sitemap monitoring with automatic detection of new pages and paths.
• Core Web Vitals monitoring and performance dashboards.
• AI-powered SEO audit with Bubble-specific recommendations.
• DNS configuration, cache rule management, and Worker deployment on your Cloudflare account.
• Accelerated page loading for real users with full Bubble.io functionality preserved.

4. Account & Credentials

To use the Service, you must provide valid Cloudflare credentials (email and Global API Key) and a Bubble.io Data API token. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to grant FastPages access to your Cloudflare account and Bubble.io Data API.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

We use your credentials solely to configure and operate the optimization service on your domain. All credentials are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and transmitted exclusively over TLS 1.3. Credentials are never shared with third parties.

5. Free Trial

FastPages offers a full-featured 1-day trial with complete access to all optimization capabilities:

• All your selected pages are optimized during the trial period.
• We configure DNS records, deploy a Cloudflare Worker, and set up cache rules on your domain.
• Deploy detection, dynamic content sync, and all other features are fully active.
• The trial automatically expires after 24 hours. You will receive a reminder email 2 hours before expiration.
• You may cancel the trial at any time, which will restore your original DNS configuration.
• No payment is required for the trial.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. The service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Rollback & Cancellation

When you cancel the trial or subscription:

• We restore your original DNS records exactly as they were before activation.
• The Cloudflare Worker and cache rules are removed from your domain.
• Your Cloudflare credentials and Bubble API tokens are deleted from our systems immediately.
• Synced database records are removed from our PostgreSQL database within 7 days.
• Cached page data is removed from Redis within 30 days.

8. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption at rest: All sensitive credentials (Cloudflare API keys, Bubble API tokens) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage.
• Encryption in transit: All data transmissions use TLS 1.3, the most secure transport layer protocol available.
• Infrastructure: Our servers are hosted in secure EU data centers with ISO 27001 certified providers.
• Access control: Strict role-based access controls limit data access to essential service operations only.
• Data isolation: Each customer's data is logically isolated and cannot be accessed by other users.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our optimization algorithms, Workers, or any part of the Service.
• Abuse the free trial by creating multiple accounts or repeatedly activating/canceling.
• Use the Service to serve deceptive or cloaked content that differs materially from what real users see.
• Exceed the page limits of your subscription plan.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or the servers/networks that host it.

10. Limitation of Liability

FastPages is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Xodera OÜ shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
• Temporary service interruptions due to Cloudflare outages or maintenance.
• Changes to your Google search rankings (SEO results are influenced by many factors beyond our control).
• Data loss resulting from your own actions or misuse of credentials.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the optimization algorithms, Worker scripts, dashboard interface, SEO analysis engine, and documentation, are owned by Xodera OÜ. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription. The proprietary optimization methods and algorithms used by FastPages are trade secrets of Xodera OÜ.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
