1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FastPages (“Service”), a crawler pre-rendering and SEO delivery platform for Bubble.io applications, operated by:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastPages, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

3. Description of Service

FastPages provides a crawler pre-rendering and SEO delivery service for selected Bubble.io pages, including:

• Pre-rendered HTML delivery to supported search engines and crawlers.
• Monitoring of supported Bubble.io deployment signals and refresh of selected pages.
• Optional synchronization of explicitly selected public Bubble Data API content.
• Supported SEO and accessibility adjustments in crawler output, including metadata and robots.txt handling.
• Sitemap monitoring and notification of newly discovered paths.
• Response inspection and comparison tools.
• SEO audits with Bubble-specific recommendations.
• DNS configuration, cache rule management, and Worker deployment on your Cloudflare account.

Real visitors continue to receive the normal Bubble application. The Service does not promise to accelerate Bubble's interactive runtime or guarantee search rankings, indexing, or a specific performance score.

4. Account & Credentials

To use the Service, you must provide valid Cloudflare credentials (email and Global API Key) and a Bubble.io Data API token. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to grant FastPages access to your Cloudflare account and Bubble.io Data API.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

We use your credentials solely to configure and operate the Service on your domain. Stored credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM, and supported service endpoints use HTTPS for data in transit. Credentials are disclosed to service providers only where necessary to operate the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Free Trial

FastPages may offer a 7-day trial so you can inspect crawler delivery on selected pages:

• Selected pages within the trial limit are prepared for crawler delivery.
• We configure DNS records, deploy a Cloudflare Worker, and set up cache rules on your domain.
• Available trial features and their status are shown in the dashboard.
• The trial automatically expires after 7 days. Reminder timing is shown in the dashboard and may vary by service.
• You may cancel the trial at any time. The Service will attempt to remove its Worker, cache rules, and DNS changes; if account permissions or third-party state have changed, manual remediation may be required.
• No payment is required for the trial.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. The service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Rollback & Cancellation

When you cancel the trial or subscription:

• The Service attempts to restore the DNS state recorded before activation.
• The Service attempts to remove its Cloudflare Worker and cache rules.
• The dashboard reports rollback status. Manual remediation may be required if Cloudflare permissions, records, or platform behavior changed after activation.
• Your Cloudflare credentials and Bubble API tokens are scheduled for deletion according to the retention practices in the Privacy Policy.
• Synced database records are removed from our PostgreSQL database within 7 days.
• Cached page data is removed from Redis within 30 days.

8. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data:

• Encryption at rest: All sensitive credentials (Cloudflare API keys, Bubble API tokens) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage.
• Encryption in transit: Supported public and internal service endpoints use HTTPS/TLS. The negotiated protocol depends on the connecting systems.
• Infrastructure: Our primary application servers are hosted in EU data centers.
• Access control: Access to credentials and customer configuration is limited to service operations and authorized maintenance.
• Data isolation: Each customer's data is logically isolated and cannot be accessed by other users.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our optimization algorithms, Workers, or any part of the Service.
• Abuse the free trial by creating multiple accounts or repeatedly activating/canceling.
• Use the Service to serve deceptive or cloaked content that differs materially from what real users see.
• Exceed the page limits of your subscription plan.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or the servers/networks that host it.

10. Limitation of Liability

FastPages is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Xodera OÜ shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
• Temporary service interruptions due to Cloudflare outages or maintenance.
• Changes to your Google search rankings (SEO results are influenced by many factors beyond our control).
• Data loss resulting from your own actions or misuse of credentials.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the optimization algorithms, Worker scripts, dashboard interface, SEO analysis engine, and documentation, are owned by Xodera OÜ. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription. The proprietary optimization methods and algorithms used by FastPages are trade secrets of Xodera OÜ.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
